How To Order

No minimum order required unless needed to fulfill conditions for promotion or delivery mode. 

Simple Ordering Steps:

Step 1: Browse and add the items to your shopping cart

Step 2: If you have Kority Points balance, make payment with every 200 points that entitle you to
redeem SGD1.00 off total order. You can use Kority Points after registering as Kority member.

Step 3: Enter your billing information and complete the checkout process.

Step 4: Select the relevant Shipping rates as stated. Minimum order of SGD100.00, entitle you to
free shipping.

Step 5: Choose payment option. 
a. Paypal is preferred for security and faster processing.  
b. Bank transfer is limited to Singapore only.  After transfer, please notify us of the bank
transaction reference at the "Notify Payment" section in the footer link.

Step 6: You will receive an order confirmation email on your order once checkout process is completed.

Step 7: Please check your order details in your email.

Step 8: Usually there is no issue on the stock availability. However, in the event where stock is not available,
we will contact you to arrange for alternative replacement or refund.

Step 9: We will contact you on the delivery status via email or sms. If you have any delivery window for us to
follow, please send us an email to inform.

Step 10: For Overseas orders, please proceed to check out by chosing the Free Delivery option and submit your
order to reserve the stock. We will update you on the delivery rate and send you an invoice via Paypal
for your payment. Rest assure that payment via Paypal is secure and reliable.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Standard ground delivery takes 3-5 working days in Singapore.
International deliveries are dependent on the shipping option that is chosen.

All deliveries will be provided with a tracking option. If you do not receive your goods by the longest possible 
timescale for your delivery choice then please contact us at Sales@Kority.com. 

Replacement and refund are possible only when all proof of delivery has been investigated and only after the 
unsatisfied items are sent back to us at your own expense.

LOCAL delivery rate is at SGD4.00 per order per location with order less than $100. 
FREE delivery for order S$100 and above OR Purchase minimum S$30 worth of skin care products.

Overseas delivery rate depends on shipping location. Kindly email to Sales@Kority.com to enquire on the rates.

For small items, we may arrange by postage
through Singapore Post.  Please write to Sales@Kority.com to enquire.


 

Privacy & Security

The website offers the opportunity to register your name, address and e-mail details. This allows returning customers
to order without re-entering this information. User details obtained via user registration or through the checkout
process are retained only for the purpose of handling orders and will never be disclosed to a third party.

 

 

Returns & Replacements

Item sold are not refundable, except due to major manufacturer defects.  We will check our products before delivery.
 
If you wish to cancel your order before delivery is made, please inform us immediately and a refund will be duly made.
 
If any of the items from the order sent to you are missing or lost, we will deduct them from your refund. 
 
If upon receipt of the goods you find that any are missing, damaged or faulty you must inform us immediately.  We will
then contact you to establish whether you want a replacement or refund, and to advise about returns.
 
You must post the goods back to us within 7 working days of informing us that you wish to return them; failure to do so 
will result in the refund not being processed.  In such a case we will refund the cost of the goods only. 
 
We do also strongly recommend that you send them by track delivery.
 
Please note that we are not responsible for any skin reaction that arises from the use of the products.   All information 
within the website is on "as is" basis provided by the manufacturer of their products.  We will not accept replacements 
or refunds arise out of this condition.
 
 
 

Ordering from Kority.com

Kority.com can only accept orders from within Singapore and countries where our products can be delivered to.
 
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout
process, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors.  An order acknowledgment,
detailing the products you have ordered, will be sent via email to you.
 
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order.  We will send you a despatch confirmation
by email.  When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed
immediately unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled your order.
 
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
 
 
 

Ordering and Payment Process

Once you have selected and added to the shopping cart all the items you require, you must select the required delivery
option and relevant region for the delivery address, and the delivery cost will automatically be added to the checkout total. 
 
When you click “Check Out” you will be taken to the Checkout Page where you have the opportunity to confirm the items to be ordered. If the chosen region and actual delivery address do not tally, we reserve the right to cancel or amend your order.  
 
When you click “Place Order” you will have a final opportunity to confirm that you wish to check out, and will then
be taken to a secure third party website where you enter your credit or debit card information. These details are handled by Paypal processing specialist using a high level of security and encryption and are not stored on our website server.
 

 

 

Reward Points

Kority.com offers reward points on purchases make in the website.  We reserve the rights to make changes to the points awarding and redemption system without notification to the members who sign up an account with us.
